Why do we only work with home buyers?

1. Because we love what we do. It's more fun and gratifying to help people buy houses then helping them list and get rid of them.  You really make money when you are buying a home. All the decisions about what to buy, what to do with it, how much to pay, how to finance are on the buying side. When you sell your house it's the market that is in control and dictates the selling price.
