Neighborhoods - Grove City offers some of Central Ohio's most affordable housing and is one of the areas fastest growing communities. The surrounding area is largely agricultural and is prime for new home construction. Many neighborhoods feature starter family homes, as well as the older areas with many lifetime residents. Quality homes at affordable prices are plentiful in Grove City. Retain that small town feeling while having the conveniences of larger community living in Grove City. The older homes are from the 60's to the late 70's and will range in price $110,000 to $190,000. Newer homes will range in price from $180,000 to the mid $300's but most will be in the $200's.
