From modest starter home neighborhoods to condominium living to prestigious executive homesites, Pickerington can accommodate your lifestyle. There is a large range of homes to choose from. Most of the older homes are in established subdivisions built in the 60's, 70's and early 80's. Most of them will be priced from $160,000 to $260,000. There is a great deal of growth in this market and you will find newer homes from $250,000 to $400,000 and up.
