1. Internally motivated to help people. Money is a by product of our efforts not the primary focus.

2. Likes to deal with diversity, enjoys communicating and interacting with a wide range of personalities.

3. The ability to market and network themselves. You need to sell yourself not the house.

4. Interested in a "non-sales" approach to real estate. Prefer to not be selling but in helping and educating.

5. Tenacity and the ability to "stick with it". Real estate can take a while to grow.

6.  Fearless self-starters who are willing to try new things. 

7. A positive mental attitude is essential.

8. Demonstarted ability or experience in being self sufficient. The desire and background to be self employed.

9. Would benefit from personal training/ coaching and understands the nature of being held accountable for adhering to the program.
