For sale by owner:   For sellers who basically want to be a for sale by owner but still have their home listed on the MLS. This makes the home accessible to agents and to people searching the internet. You are not looking for any services from the agent besides being in the MLS.

Fee for Service:  This is for sellers who want to save money but don't want to be a for sale by owner totally on their own. They are looking for limited services from the agent and the seller is willing to  particpate in the process to save money on commissions.

Full Service: This is appropriate for sellers who just want the agent to take care of everything.
